Our CEO and host, Natasha Foreman, shares her early experience as a young executive in 1997, as she was tasked with recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and firing her first employees.

She then explains in great detail the 8 Steps that managers and business owners should consider following to ensure that they find and select the right team members for their companies:
