Yesterday, social media was abuzz with the announcement of a new NFT collection from former president Donald Trump. The collection sold out early Friday morning, the day after release. Prices for the cards are now soaring on the largest Ethereum (ETH) NFT exchange by trading volume, OpenSea. Meanstream medias reaction was predictably uneducated on the benefits of NFTs however. Meanwhile, admittedly there were a few scammy elements behind Trumps NFT drop.
