What if you only had ONE car for your entire life? How would you take care of it? Would you get the oil changed regularly and rotate the tires?
We are only given ONE body in this life. How we care for it determines how it functions and how many miles we can go (or years).
Robin Corbin is a wife, mother, health nut, and consultant with Arbonne International.
Robin shares her journey struggling to lose weight and yo yo dieting. She tells of her obsession with weight that led her to join "Overeaters Anonymous." Robin talks about her volatile relationship with food and the struggle to care for herself and release weight.
She shares how her life began to change when she desired change and started shifting her mindset to love and care for herself.
This discovery led her to seek out help to transform how her eating and begin an exercise program. Robin was able to release over 40 lbs and felt free to be herself and love life.
Through her passion for health Robin became involved with Arbonne International and their mission to make products that are pure and botanically based with nothing harmful to your body.
Robin shares how she mentors people to begin a 30 day health experiment. They begin by eliminate foods to explore what allergies or sensitivities they may have. She emphasizes how every body is different in the effect different foods have on us.
Robin inspires people to take "one step at a time" in improving their health and encouraging them to try new things and possible healthy alternatives in their daily food choices. She shares how the American diet of processed foods and sugars contributes to inflammation, lack of energy, sleep problems, headaches, and pain issues.
Robin will share with us some of her wisdom to help us maintain health and well-being throughout our lives. She promotes "eating right" not "eating less." Robins shares how the 30 program helps people release weight, reduce inflammation, and eliminate cravings.
