On March 8, 2021, the Federalist Society's Missouri lawyers chapters held a statewide conference via webinar. The final panel of the conference was titled "Bail Me Out?".
Co-Chairs Amy Fite and James R. Hobbs of the Missouri Supreme Court Task Force on Criminal Justice, a task force created as bail processes from jurisdictions across the country were being litigated and found unconstitutional, discussed changes to Missouri’s pre-trial release procedures.
