It's time to take back your power and really live a life of no regrets and own every experience with gratitude.
Our inner power comes from honoring.
Owning our greatest asset -US- requires us to claim our power from places we may have previously given it away or had it taken. When we empower something that has been a disempowering experience we are unshackled from the emotions that bound us and kept us from our true freedom.
Throughout my life, I'd given away power to so many other people not knowing nor that this was my pattern. I avoided; conversations, situations, actually looking at where anything was stemming from or my role in my own life.
Once I stopped blaming others (yes, I did that), It was time to do the deeper work. I began discovering why I was stuck, what was tied up in emotionally changed events, then learned to release the emotional attachment. True freedom.
I can say with full honesty and conviction that I've never been happier, more accepting of all the parts of who I am and honoring self.
No judgment.
No regrets.
No more - Shoulda, Coulda or Woulda.
