Tracy is a master connector, but she wasn't always that way. She developed the skill once she realized that connection is a major factor in becoming successful in business and in life. For many years Tracy preferred her isolation and was very comfortable being by herself, but eventually she found a reason and a real human need to connect with other people. She worked through the challenges that always come when breaking through a comfort zone and came to discover connection to be one of the most powerful parts of who she is.
