Holidays are coming up -- what strategies do you suggest for enjoying food with family and friends without going overboard?

Any tips for staying safe and (relatively) comfortable while exercising outside in the cold?

What do you think is the most overlooked food (nutrition wise) in the produce aisle?

Why would you utilize a supplement over intaking more of the needed item in food?

What are recommendations for before during and after workouts?

And what foods would you say are best to get this intake versus a supplement?

Expense- how do you save in cost? They can really add up!

When is time switch supplements to get better results?

How should my muscles feel when I’m being appropriately challenged? I just started weight training last month and have been loving it, but I tend to push a little too hard (I think).
