¡Ven, Señor Jesús!

Apocalipsis 22:10‭-‬21 RVA2015:
Y me dijo: “No selles las palabras de la profecía de este libro, porque el tiempo está cerca. El que es injusto, haga injusticia todavía. El que es impuro, sea impuro todavía. El que es justo, haga justicia todavía, y el que es santo, santifíquese todavía”. “He aquí vengo pronto, y mi recompensa conmigo, para pagar a cada uno según sean sus obras. Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el primero y el último, el principio y el fin”. Bienaventurados los que lavan sus vestiduras, para que tengan derecho al árbol de la vida y para que entren en la ciudad por las puertas. Pero afuera quedarán los perros, los hechiceros, los que cometen inmoralidades sexuales, los homicidas, los idólatras y todo el que ama y practica la mentira. “Yo, Jesús, he enviado a mi ángel para darles a ustedes testimonio de estas cosas para las iglesias. Yo soy la raíz y el linaje de David, la estrella resplandeciente de la mañana”. El Espíritu y la esposa dicen: “¡Ven!”. El que oye diga: “¡Ven!”. El que tiene sed, venga. El que quiera, tome del agua de vida gratuitamente. Yo advierto a todo el que oye las palabras de la profecía de este libro: Si alguno añade a estas cosas, Dios le añadirá las plagas que están escritas en este libro; y si alguno quita de las palabras del libro de esta profecía, Dios le quitará su parte del árbol de la vida y de la santa ciudad, de los cuales se ha escrito en este libro. El que da testimonio de estas cosas dice: “¡Sí, vengo pronto!”. ¡Amén! ¡Ven, Señor Jesús! La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesús sea con todos.


En el último capítulo de Apocalipsis y también del nuevo testamento leemos más detalles sobre la restauración plena de los hijos de Dios. Encontramos aquí un río y un árbol que simboliza vida, renovación y sanidad.
Para tener acceso a estos elementos espirituales que transmiten vida eterna y salvación, debemos escuchar el llamado de atención que nos exhorta a vivir una vida íntegra para que el Señor nos dé acceso a todas estas bendiciones.
Aquí vemos el cumplimiento de las promesas del Señor para aquellos que permanecen fieles aquí en la tierra. Por eso, la advertencia para los que estamos aquí en la tierra esperando el cumplimiento de estas visiones es firme: Guárdense de mentiras, de vivir vidas desordenadas, de hechicerías, de idolatría y de toda especie de mal.
En verdad, el evangelio sigue siendo predicado, pero la opción de aceptarlo o rechazarlo sigue siendo un acto de voluntad. ¿Qué estás haciendo con este mensaje? ¿Lo estás menospreciando o valorando? ¿Ignoras o crees en la Palabra de Dios?
Espero que hayas escuchado la voz de Dios con este libro profético donde nos llama a dar frutos de arrepentimiento, a vivir vidas santas, en integridad delante de Dios y servirle con todo nuestro corazón hasta el día de su venida.
Hemos llegado a la conclusión del estudio de Apocalipsis. Sé que quedan muchas preguntas de las visiones y sus interpretaciones; también sé que con las reflexiones diarias de este devocional pudimos afirmar más nuestra fe en el Señor y acercarnos más a su presencia, pues en medio de todas estas visiones de figuras extrañas pudimos extraer y retener los pensamientos que provienen de la mente de Dios y los planes para la humanidad y sus hijos.

Deseo con todo mi corazón que al haber pasado por uno de los libros más complejos de la Biblia hayas extraído verdades claras y profundas que hayan transformado tus pensamientos y hayas recibido nuevas convicciones firmes de la fe que profesamos.
Gracias por acompañarnos en este trayecto que comenzó en enero desde el primer capítulo de Mateo hasta el último capítulo de Apocalipsis. Hemos navegado por los diferentes evangelios y cartas apostólicas y sé que muchos llegaron a la meta de leer el nuevo testamento por primera vez. Otros recibieron nuevas revelaciones aunque ya habían leído estos capítulos anteriormente. Gracias por prestarnos sus oídos, su mente y su corazón para que su alma fuera edificada y todo su ser fuera fortalecido.
Pero este proyecto no termina aquí, vamos a continuar con un nuevo libro del antiguo testamento y espero que mañana nos acompañes para comenzar una nueva jornada en este Devocional Hogares de Pacto.

September 15: Come, Lord Jesus!
Revelation 22:10-21:
And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”
“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”
Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.


In the last chapter of Revelation and also of the New Testament we read more details about the full restoration of the children of God. We find here a river and a tree that symbolizes life, renewal and healing.
To have access to these spiritual elements that transmit eternal life and salvation, we must listen to the wake-up call that exhorts us to live a life of integrity so that the Lord gives us access to all these blessings.
Here we see the fulfillment of the Lord's promises for those who remain faithful here on earth. Therefore, the warning for those of us who are here on earth waiting for the fulfillment of these visions is firm: Beware of lies, of living disorderly lives, of witchcraft, of idolatry and of all kinds of evil.
Truly the gospel is still being preached, but the choice to accept or reject it is still an act of will. What are you doing with this message? Are you belittling it or valuing it? Do you ignore or believe in God's Word?
I hope you have heard the voice of God with this prophetic book where He calls us to bear the fruits of repentance, to live holy lives, in integrity before God and to serve Him with all our hearts until the day of His coming.
We have come to the conclusion of the study of Revelation. I know that many questions remain about the visions and their interpretations; also I know that with the daily reflections of this devotional we were able to affirm more our faith in the Lord and get closer to His presence, because in the midst of all these visions of strange figures we were able to extract and retain the thoughts that come from the mind of God and the plans for humanity and His children.

I hope with all my heart that by having gone through one of the most complex books in the Bible you have extracted clear and profound truths that have transformed your thoughts and that you have received new firm convictions of the faith that we profess.
Thanks for joining on this journey that began in January from the first chapter of Matthew to the last chapter of Apocalypse. We have navigated through the different gospels and apostolic letters and I know that many reached the goal of reading the New Testament for the first time. Others received new revelations even though they had already read these chapters before. Thank you for lending us your ears, your mind and your heart so that your soul would be edified and your whole being would be strengthened.
But this project does not end here, we are going to continue with a new book of the Old Testament and I hope that tomorrow you will join us to start a new journey in this Devotional Homes of Covenant.
