From the fertile farmlands of Perthshire to the bustling streets of Leith, Libby Paterson weaves her way around Scotland relating tales from the 1960s to the present day. Her timeless stories unfold through powerful portraits of ordinary people exposed to passion, love, laughter, hatred and tragedy.
'The Field Of Grass' is a collection of Libby's short stories and this is my reading of one of them, 'The Minister's Wife' as broadcast during 'Views From The Edge' on North Highland Radio on 18th February 2014 (an extract was also included during 'Lunchtime Review' on TD1 Radio on 20th February.
