It’s really easy to become someone else’s good or bad opinion of you.  Ouch! You may not think so, but we do this all the time.  And we do this because we want to belong, because we are seeking approval, because we don’t know what we are wanting for self or we don’t know how to manifest what we want. And that is a dangerous place to be in, as it leaves you open and vulnerable to creating in your life things that you don’t want.
