Having children is one of the most exciting things that can happen in your life. From the joy of seeing their first smile to the nerve-racking day they start to drive a car, parenting can be a wonderful ride. But when the relationship between parents goes south, the joy of parenting can turn into the challenge of a lifetime. Before you know it, the once loving couple can find themselves in the middle of a custody battle and fights over drop off and pick up. The underlying feeling of resentment over what happened in the relationship is often a driving factor in why parents can’t get along. The child becomes the real victim as they witness their mom and dad duke it out.

Co-parenting is suppose to be an arrangement in which both parents continue to jointly participate in their children's upbringing and activities.
