Our body is an efficiency machine, and if we treat it right, it will help us by using it's own fat stores for energy, which means more rapid weight loss! We live in a culture where more often than not, we are consuming more than we need, and the body stores the excess as fat. So how can we actually turn the tables and help our body give us all the energy we need and burn our own fat in the process? This is what is called ketosis.
