Creating health is not just an unattainable slogan that naturally fit people say. It’s true, there are countless programs that claim to be the best fat burning diet out there. The problem is that it may work for a select few, but most will not benefit from it. We are not all the same and cannot expect the same results using the same program. The biggest factor holding individuals back from losing weight and being healthy can boil down to how efficiently your hormones are working. There are six hormones in the body that burn fat and three that create it. The underlining dilemma is that in most cases, not all hormones are working optimally. Leading to the storing of fat and the inability to use it.

Fat is often thought of as extra padding or insulation. Contrarily, it is actually stored energy that can be tapped into and used to power the body. Most of us use energy from the sugars and foods we consume and are not taking advantage of the stored energy. This leads to a buildup of fat.

These hormones are all triggered differently and understanding how they are triggered is a key component in educating yourself on healthy eating. Certain activities such as particular exercises or specific foods can aid in the triggering process to activate these fat burning hormones. Taking advantage of this knowledge can not only help you lose weight, but it can also improve the overall quality of your life and health.
