This week Shane talks to Patricia Brennan of Brennan’s Criterion Bar in Bundoran which closed its doors on September 30th 2018. In 2019, Patricia and her late sister Nan were honoured by the Donegal Vintners for their service to the pub trade in the town. She spoke with Shane in the days before the event.
