“We are all born creative,” says Duncan Wardle, former Vice President of Innovation & Creativity at Disney. But as we grow up, go to school and move on to corporate life, creativity and intuition withers away. And that’s bad for business.
Working with Disney, Duncan Wardle realised that innovation and creativity are skills that can be taught and learned. So, instead of asking “How might we make more money?”, he asked: “What if there were no lines in Disneyland?” And at the top of his career, he left Disney to travel the world and talk about his methods.
