David starts off by sharing about the six stages of the development of trust and mentions that five of the six are difficult with lots of intense emotions. He shares that a commitment is necessary as these emotions are faced. With the combination of support from ACIM and these intense emotions it can be looked at as our wake up call into our true Identity.
