With a 'Batman v Superman' heading our way, we were surprised when Fox announced they would be producing a television series based on the origin story of Batman! We thought with Ben Affleck playing a worn and tired Batman, they could easily make it the same canon and fill in the backstory on television... but that wasn't the case at all!  Instead, we get Ben Mckenzie's Jim Gordon forced to play with dirty cop Harvey Bullock and the devious youths who will one day become the Dark Knight's greatest foes!
