The new GCPD captain hangs a lantern on some issues we had in "The Last Laugh", and assembles a strike force with his new right-hand man, Detective Jim Gordon! Meanwhile, Theo Galavan holds Penguin's mother captive in order to assure that Oswald takes out the mayoral candidates! Edward almost blows a date with Ms. Kringle, and Alfred slaps Selina Kyle and sends Bruce to training after a long, hard day at prep school!
