Today I’ve got a special treat for you. Today’s guest is a very special person – my sister, Lucy Reid. She is so many things! A Director at a tech firm, a bone marrow-transplant THRIVER, and a mum – a role I know she treasures more than anything.

I chose this topic to get real about because it’s necessary for us to be more open about the unbalanced impact that COVID is having on working moms.

I’ll share some of the research, we’ll swap stories, talk about what’s working for us (and what’s not), and discuss what leadership & workplaces can do to step it up so we don’t wipe out the gender equity progress we’ve been making in our workplaces.
