This You've Never Seen September focuses on Geena Davis' career in the '80s, and we kick off the month with one of Chris' favorite films of all time and a true comedy classic: Fletch. Chevy Chase stars as the titular investigative reporter, who must crack a case of beachfront drug dealing while also figuring out why a wealthy businessman has hired him to kill him. It's a sun-soaked neo-noir based on the novel by Gregory Mcdonald, retooled to suit Chase's comedic style. We dig into the film, its brand of comedy, and all the Fletch films that never were.
Pulp Serenade's Cullen Gallagher joins Chris Stachiw, the Doctor of Podcasting, to talk Fletch, Chevy Chase, the Fletch films that never were, and so much more.
