In this stream I discuss popular New Age christologies of Jesus Christ as the "Cosmic Christ" or "Christ Consciousness." Obviously the New Age isn't noted for its intellectual rigor. However, these christologies often see him as a metaphor for a fully enlightened being, insinuating for the New Age, there is nothing unique to Jesus, other than your own realization you are also God.
