There was a lot of Capricorn energy in the studio because friend of the pod HowFly, an amazing engineer, producer and artist, pulled up to kickback this week. Fly shared how he began his music journey after moving from Indy to LA with a humbling transition from working a corporate job at a fortune 500 company to being an intern at Very Special Studios. After putting in work Fly now has a resume full of talented artists like BlueBucksClan, Di Genius, AfroB and Soulection Radio to now opening a multi unit studio in North Hollywood!

fLex and Fly bonded over the Lakers new free agent pickups and Ashley FINALLY admits she is a Laker fan. The crew talks about the double standard of cannabis use in the Olympics and why it's okay for athletes' to take mental health breaks.
