1) What is the take away from the IG report?
- Systemic failures to observe basic criminal warrant procedures
- This is either criminal negligent conduct at best or treasonous at worst
- Extravagant use and misuse of Human sources

2) Why does it not pass a judgement on malfeasance?
- It is an administrative review and not a criminal proceeding
- Limits of evidence (cuts two ways)
- Seeks to not interfere with other ongoing investigations (hint, hint)

3) Why do the Attorney General Barr and USA Durham reach conclusions that the IG does not?
- AG is a recipient of the report and as such he and congress are to arrive at those conclusions and not the IG;
- US Attorney has a wider set of powers as he is operating a criminal investigation. He is also due to issue a preliminary report;

Segment 2:
4) Bringing current Segment one, What does all of this point to?
- Systemic use/misuse of Confidential Human sources (highlighted in previous IG report & this one);
- Systemic misuse of FISA authority in swearing out warrants;

5) What other irregularities are in the IG report
- The office of General Counsel neglected to include information from another agency was using Carter Page as a source;
- Courtesy briefings (routine) conducted by ODNI were referred to FBI for action to staff. Upon being informed that General Flynn staff undertook to use it as part of an investigation against Flynn;
