Taking the known number of 59,000 and dividing it by the population in Wuhan you get .0053% of total population. Using that figure against China's population you get 7.6 million dead from CCP Virus. THis lands directly in the middle of the phone numbers and the estimates that run from 1.2 million to 15 million and is a very realistic number based on the projected effects of the virus and the fact that China did almost nothing to control it the first two months it was out.
