Russ Belville is joined by Madeline Martinez, NORML/NWA board member, owner of the World Famous Cannabis Cafe at Seattle Hempfest 2016.

The World Famous Cannabis Café was established by Oregon NORML and Madeline Martinez in November 2009 as a place for Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) cardholders to socialize and safely medicate out of public view.

Continuing the fine tradition of safe cannabis consumption and proving that the third time really is the charm, on July 31, 2015, the World Famous Cannabis Cafe will again open it's doors at their new location: 7958 SE Foster RD, Portland, Oregon 97206.
