She knows the value she brings to the table and is not afraid to write about it. Sakina has spent over a decade studying and teaching dance all over the world. Her work centers on supporting girls and women in identifying, healing and creating new love-filled narratives for their lives through the arts and wellness. Sakina’s wellness company Stretch and Pray focuses on being emotionally, physically, and spiritually balanced. Her newest release, To Begin: A Journey in Self-love and Healing, is a “self-discovery journey meant to inspire others to walk towards their new beginnings, despite their fears”.
