show moreOn the Monday after the Alabama football game, Ross Bjork told the A&M faculty senate it was his 100th day.
In response to a question about who controlled the A&M football program, Bjork says he was hired with the belief he has total control over all 20 sports, including football.
Bjork said "I had similar questions"..."that's why I took the job, because of the assurance that athletics can run athletics."
Bjork learned during the faculty senate meeting from the faculty representative to the athletic department, Paul Batista, about the athletic department's financial contribution to classroom renovations.
Bjork also responded to a question about what A&M is doing about concussion protocols.
