The College Station school district continues a variety of projects funded by a 136 million dollar bond issue passed by voters in November 2015.
Facilities director Jon Hall presented an update at this week's school board meeting. That includes this summer's renovation at two campuses. One is at Consolidated middle school. The other is at South Knoll elementary.
Hall reported they have started moving in to CSISD's tenth elementary school, River Bend. And cost savings from that project and last year's opening of Wellborn Middle School will go towards deferred maintenance projects scheduled for the summer of 2020.
