David Sommer's eight years included his time as chairman when the decision was made to stop construction of a new Brazos County campus at FM 2818 and Leonard Road and expand at the Texas A&M system's RELLIS campus.
Atwood Kenjura's 43 years includes the establishment of Blinn's Bryan campus on Villa Maria.
