A new Harvard study of over 60,000 dieters confirms that a low-carb diet is the absolute best way to lose weight.

On Today's Show will be talking about a brand new study from Harvard that looked at over 60,000 dieters to see if a low-carb diet or a low-fat diet was the best way to lose weight. They examined people who had been on a diet for at least one year to see which diet had the best results.

This study showed that people that were on a low fat diet we're actually two pounds heavier at the end of the year while people that followed a low-carb diet were on average 8 lb lighter at the end of the year.

If you want to diet that will cause you to actually lose weight and keep it off all while feelings satiated and satisfied then you need to try a ketogenic diet.
