This case was brought by Betty Dukes an African American woman from Pittsburg, Calif, Who worked as a cashier who began work for the company in 1994 and continues to work there today, as a greeter. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said, the women had presented ample evidence that there was a problem at Wal-Mart, where women fill 70 percent of the hourly jobs but make up only 33 percent of management employees. Van Jones speaking at the progressive conference Netroots Nation, challenged Glenn Beck to a debate. Jones said he has had enough of Fox's biases and attacks, and is ready to stand up to the news outlet.
