Mark Graban is the author of four management books and has been podcasting for over 15 years, with his latest series called “My Favorite Mistake.” Mark holds two graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from their Leaders for Global Operations Program. He is an internationally recognized author, speaker, consultant, and podcaster.
