The doctrine of salvation have been greatly misunderstood by the Church today. The whole idea about salvation have been understood in terms of believers maintaining their salvation status by following such rules and regulation (Acts 15:1-2ff). Salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ; not based upon any human merits nor accomplishment (Eph. 2:8-9). We are saved by God's election of grace by which we are predestined and chosen by God (Jn. 6:37, 44).
