Tanya Ortega – Founder of the National Parks Arts Foundation (NPAF), and Santa Fe based husband-wife artist team Julie and Matthew Chase-Daniel, share their experience of being the NPAF artists-in-residence at Dry Tortugas National Park in Florida in September 2017, when Hurricane Irma hit.
