As humans we are natural givers. We give so much of our energy, time, love, service. And if we don't let ourselves recharge than we have nothing left to give and that becomes out of alignment bc then we can't be of service the way we are intended to be! When we get disconnected from our origional intention and the WHY behind why we do things! Such as why we show up to our businesses, why we show up to our families, why we show up to our jobs, why we show up to our husbands and wives and children. If we get disconnected to why you started in the first place your gonna feel BAD. This episode asks you to take a pause!
