On today’s solo podcast, Ashley goes off the cuff and relies off a simple note she wrote down in her journal, “I love you right there.” Love yourself where you are and how you are. Loving yourself in all different moments and situations is difficult, especially when going through a time of loss, like Ashley is currently moving through.
