It happens to a lot of us this time of year. While we see others around us or on TV singing carols or delighting in opening presents, we feel a sense of anxiety. We want to the holidays to be a happy time but something inside us is telling us no. We feel alone, like we’re missing out on the joy of the season that everyone else is experiencing.
These emotions may pass with the turning of the calendar, but for some, anxiety is a constant companion. How to alleviate the fear and despair this condition brings on is the focus of my guest on this episode.
