Wow Shiggi! That 'short' episode is loaded with such content it left my head spinning😂 500 hours of Budokon sounds intense! Especially that it gets you out of your comfort zone, specifically how it has yoga in there! I hope you get more comfortable with the yoga. I was also happy to hear you'll be coming to teach at home next year. We need that💯 Looking forward to learning from you.
