This study takes a closer look at leadership development practices and provides fresh, evidence-based insights into the key development areas for women leaders in the workplace. As an alumnus of the University of Sydney Masters in Coaching Psychology, Suzi has presented at the various Coaching and Leadership conferences and is actively involved in promoting new perspectives in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and inclusiveness.
