I love watching the seasons change because it opens my eyes to undiscovered new ideas. I sat with Tan from Buffet Dynasty last night—we spoke about Southerners who don’t like change but expect it. They demand to be led to the water but refuse to drink from it unless its been blessed by the almighty tin cup. “Keeping it a tradition,” is what Southerners call it.
