1. The Weekly Initial Claims report was released today, it showed that there were 724K new claims. This is a slight uptick from last week's 711K claims. The Weekly Continuing Claims were 6.372 million the prior revised to 6.801 million. Slightly better than expected. More shutdowns looming. NYC closing down again which isn’t that bad.

2. Markets today a slightly weaker opening. Dow is down. Russell 2k is down and S&P and Nasdaq is down too. Mostl equities are on the weaker side. Tomorrow is options expiration. The games are afoot. Pin the tail on the donkey

3. PM are getting hit as well. Backing and filling is well on. Not a big deal.

4. Holiday periods are prone to move higher on low volume. Let’s see if it holds true for the coming week.
