show more1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Ephesians 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
Passivity can be a lack of feeling, lack of desire, general apathy, lukewarmness, and laziness.
The Passive Mind does not accept completely the word of God as "truth," therefore its always questioning and wandering.
If we refuse to stand against the devil, God cannot strengthen us. Questioning and wandering weakens the will, causing most believers to be slow in obeying God. It causes instability and an unsettled mind.
