Dele Odugbemi has over 21 Years of advertising experience evolving from a strategist to a multi-market business development specialist with proven abilities in standardization of output where standards vary across markets.
Having lived and worked in four markets in Africa over the past ten years, namely Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Ghana. In the course of his career, he has visited 35 of Africa’s 53 countries.
As a project champion, he approached his work with an enthusiasm that carried through every team he manages. He had been involved in several business transformation projects in the course of his career:
Successfully championed the transfer of the headquarters of Ogilvy Africa from Johannesburg to Nairobi in 2010, as part of the team that set up the Airtel Africa account.
HeSet up the Africa regional team in Johannesburg for Aegis SSA, winning the Diageo Africa account in 2013
He Successfully set up the Grey Africa network from scratch in 2017, making it a 35 market network in less than two years, coordinating accounts like Uber and Nokia across the continent
