This is so easy to practice. When I go to any retail store, as I'm concluding the transaction, I always tell the employee that I hope the rest of their shift goes quickly. You would not believe how many people smile, thank me, and are truly grateful that someone took an interest in them as a person.

I'm going to use this with my co workers. We have a pretty good repore now but there's one in particular that our personalities don't always click. This is a good starting point to rectify that. Thanks AD.

I would like to believe that I've been pretty successful at living "The Golden Rule". I work in Finance and always answer the phone with a positive happy voice and 99% I get that right back. You are a blessing and a fan to us. You make our day better . I hope you are well. I hope you enjoyed the walk to the hospital. I hope nurses and doctors are treating you well.
