I can understand your frustration. It is unfortunate for any company to suffer a failure of this magnitude. The interview was done over a month ago and it just happened that the day I released is the day they had the failure. It is, to me, very sad and I wish A2 hosting the best of luck in salvaging what they can. I have been there, it is not fun to have to deal with. I know that they wish they could just snap their fingers and bring everything back online. In reality, it can take a very long time to recover from a total failure. I can't speak about their support at all though. Again, I am sorry for your trouble. I hope you at least enjoy some of the other episodes. A2 HOSTING IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!! MY SERVERS HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR 7 DAYS!!! THEIR SUPPORT IS INCOMPETENT AND THEIR 99% UPTIME IS A COMPLETE LIE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
