Lauren is a 3-sport student-athlete at Kent City High School, but her specialty is running. A cross country and track star for the Eagles, she is now a 4-time All-State performer in girls cross country and just a couple of weekends ago at the regional meet, she set the school record with a time of 18:06! Lauren also finished in 3rd. Place in Division 3 for the second straight year at the state meet. A 4.0 student in the classroom, she has earned academic all-state honors in both cross country and girls track and has 4 school records at Kent City for the girls track team as well. When not performing as an athlete herself, Lauren does enjoy working with the community's youth as a volunteer for elementary track camp, little girls basketball, field day and with the elementary summer reading camp.
