BUT—it needs to be an amicable divorce, where parents still communicate really well, with a lot of organization and pre-planning to decide who handles what if something goes wrong in the house (appliances, chores—uh, kinda sounds like a marriage to me). Can be beneficial for younger children, or temporary as the divorce or separation is brand new.
