This week Dean and Dave are out of the office so Dylan, Stephanie, and Todd are holding down the fort. We talk about how Jerome Powell’s speech on Wednesday sent the markets higher and what this can mean going forward. We also had on two special guests for this week’s edition of the show. The first was Reverse Mortgage specialist Jill Davis who works for Nova Home Loans, she is an expert in her field and thoroughly debunked some of the common myths surrounding reverse mortgages. We also had on Mortgage specialist Rob Purvis who works for VIP Mortgage, Rob debunked some of the common fearmongering going around in the current housing market and explains why he thinks now is a great time to buy a home.
