Big news coming out of Montlake as top-ranked outside linebacker prospect Sav'ell Smalls has committed to Washington. Chris Petersen and company continue to bring four and five-star recruits to the school, including guys that are homegrown, and may have left the state to go elsewhere a few years ago.
