The team seemed to find a good thing with Carson last season, but Penny is about ready to pop. Seattle could be only one of a very small number of teams with two running backs with more than 200 carries. Speaking of the run game, Brian Schottenheimer talked a little about it earlier this afternoon. We've got the highlights. Is Russell Wilson the biggest sports star this city has ever seen? Maybe not bigger than Griffey, but it's close. Softy caught up with third-year wide receiver David Moore at training camp this afternoon talking about improvements since he was drafted, and the cohesion among receivers.
